Medieval times provides a privileged source of inspiration for the cabinet designed by Lapo Ciatti. A Middle Ages which becomes contemporary with symbols as locking bolts, coats of arms and studs which become the distinctive details of the third millennium furniture. Also the name is inspired by this historical period, Principe Galeotto (“Prince Galehaut” in English) is the subtitle of Giovanni Boccaccio’s Decameron - a collection of novellas – which is used to define containers showing, instead of one hundred novellas, more than a hundred studs. With two different internal equipments it is suitable both for living and sleeping rooms.
Type: square form cabinet enriched with 174 studs of 2,9 cm diameter.
Materials: Structure in mdf, metal studs, crystal shelves.
Finishings: structure in mat white RAL 9016, black RAL 9011 or material finishing concrete, cast iron and bronze. Accessories: chromed or 24 k gold. Special finishings at request.
Note: the material finishings are hand crafted, therefore every piece is unique and presents finishing variations.
Internal equipment: 4 crystal shelves or 2 crystal shelves and 4 coat hangers.
Sizes: base cm 90 x 45, height cm 150. Special sizes at request.
