ROUND YOU is a collection of organic-inspired sofas and arch-shaped forms. The set is constituted by volumes
of simple shapes and heterogeneous materials that harmonise with each other thanks to a simple construction logic that recalls proposals by design classics such as Eileen Gray, the Eames or Vladimir Kagan.
Its elements are divided into horizontal ones, such as the base and the seat, and into vertical ones, such as the legs or the backrest support; the latter being the ambivalent element that operates as a link, as its section is almost square, horizontal and vertical at the same time. Both, the backrest and the upholstered seat are underlined in their seams by piping to graphically emphasise their shape and construction.
As an option, electrical modules can be mounted on the base of the sofa and this can overflow the seat on one side or on both sides to form auxiliary tables that extend the shape of the arch.
